One of the main challenges was to explicitly specify different features of the system that laid in the area of financial domain knowledge; that required close cooperation with the Client’s representative who controlled the functionality on early stage which ensured delivery of correct functional flows and features of the system.
The whole system was designed in such a way to provide dedicated data storage for every company representative( bookkeeping and financial specialist of a certain company), so the database and role management required a very attentive analysis and design work to ensure that all relations between user roles, processes and available in the system functional modules match.
The whole functional part of the system was organized as set of sections of a different purpose, some of them are:
- generating invoices,
-managing existing invoices( work with statuses, sending to the recipients etc),
- managing company details,
- managing products and services that are available for usage per company,
- basic customer management.
Claims Online is Web platform for insurance clients and services management. Specific CRM system for managing data for insurance agents/agencies.
Complex web platform which allows people with limited physical capacities book properties according to specific requests.
As a starting point in the project, we had a requirement to build from scratch a simple system for controlling working conditions in the office.
We built the intuitive and applicable system to control internal office environment and improve working conditions and work/rest cycles on the basis of the data gathered from sensors.
